Spry Billing System Guide

Log In
Important: You must have JavaScript enabled to interact with the Spry billing system - please ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your web browser's settings.
Log in to the billing system at https://my.spry.com/index.php and click the Manage Billing icon
Reset a Lost Password
- Select the My Info tab
- Click the Reset Password link in the lower left-hand corner of the My Info tab
- Enter your new password in the Password field
- Re-enter your new password in the Verify field
- Click the Update button to complete the password reset process
Review or Upgrade Services
- Select the Subscriptions tab
- Choose the service you would like to review or upgrade
- To view information about a service: Click the Subscription Info button
- To upgrade a service: Click the Upgrade button
Review or Pay an Invoice
- Select the Invoices tab
- Choose the invoice which you would like to review or pay
- To review an invoice: Click the View Invoice button
- To pay an invoice: Click the Pay Invoice button
Update Payment Method
- Select the My Info tab
- Click the Update Billing Info link in the lower left-hand corner of the tab display
- Select Credit Card or PayPal as your new payment method
- Credit Card Update: Complete all requested fields and click Ok
- PayPal Update: Click the PayPal Update button and complete all requested fields at the PayPal site
Update Contact Information
- Select the My Info tab
- Enter changes to your contact information and click the Ok button
Renew and Register Domains
- Select the Domains tab
- To renew a domain: Select the domain which you would like to renew and click the Renew Domain button
- To register a domain: Click the Register New Domain button and follow the instructions provided
Change Domain Contact Information
Important: ICANN requires that you keep your domain registrant information current at all times. If your information changes and you do not update your domain or respond to inquiries about your contact information, you may lose your domain.
- Select the Domains tab
- Select the domain
- Click the Modify Contact Information button
- Enter updates
- Select Use the same information as for the Registrant Contact if your Administrative, Technical, and Billing contact details match your Registrant details
- Click the Save button to complete the update process
Change Domain Nameserver Settings
Important: Only domains registered through Spry.com may be managed from the My.Spry.com billing control panel. Making changes to the nameserver settings for a domain will disrupt traffic routing unless you have at least one valid nameserver associated with your domain at all times.
- Select the Domains tab
- Select the domain
- Click the Manage Nameservers button
- To check the status of a nameserver:
- Enter the nameserver which you would like to add in the Check Nameserver Status field
- Click the Check button
You will receive the error message "Domain does not belong to your account" if the nameserver which you entered does not have a record for the domain
- To change the nameservers for your domain:
- Check the status of the nameservers you would like to use
- Enter the nameservers in the DNS1 and DNS2 fields
- Click the Save button to save your changes
- To add a new nameserver:
- Check the status of the nameserver you would like to add
- If the nameserver routes to the domain, add the Domain Name and IP Address under the Register New Nameserver section
- Click the Save button to finish adding the nameserver for the domain
- To modify an existing nameserver:
- Check the status of the nameserver you would like to modify
- If the nameserver routes to the domain, enter the nameserver's Domain Name and New IP Address under the Modify Existing Nameserver section
- Click the Modify button to save the modified nameserver setting
- To remove nameserver(s) from a domain:
- Check the Delete box for the nameservers which you would like to remove under the Nameservers List
- Click Save to complete the deletion process
- To check the status of a nameserver:
Lock or Unlock a Domain
Important: To avoid the possibility of a domain hijacking, please ensure you domain is locked as soon as you complete any changes.
- Select the Domains tab
- Select the domain
- Click the Lock/Unlock Domain button
- Select whether you would like to lock or unlock the domain
- Click the Save button to change the domain's status
Note: You may need to wait several minutes for your request to complete
Find the EPP Transfer Key for a Domain
- Select the Domains tab
- Select the domain
- Click the Domain Details button
- Your EPP key will be displayed under the Transfer Information heading
- Unlock the domain if you plan to transfer it to a new registrar
